Steve Engel, RLA is the founder of Vista Design, Inc. and serves as its managing director. Mr. Engel is a Registered Landscape Architect licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia with more than 24 years of industry experience encompassing project management, land planning, site evaluation, zoning, site design, aesthetic landscape design, permitting, and contractor bidding and selection. Mr. Engel provides the oversight and direction for all phases of the design, construction and project management processes, from conceptualization through project closeout, including interfacing with regulatory agencies, contracts negotiation, and management of the overall design process. In addition to his Landscape Architect registrations, Mr. Engel is certified by the Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources (DNR) as a Forest Conservationist; is certified by the Maryland Dept. of the Environment (MDE) as Responsible Personnel in Erosion & Sediment Control (Green Card); and is certified by the Delaware Dept. of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) as a Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) for sediment and stormwater controls. Mr. Engel is a graduate of West Virginia University with a BS in Landscape Architecture.

Richard F. Polk, a Professional Engineer registered in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, has accumulated more than 25 years of project management, engineering / design, and development experience. In addition to his accomplishments serving at the senior level of notable multi-regional design firms, Mr. Polk has also established a record of success directing major land development and construction projects for some of the region's most prominent developers and builders. Mr. Polk's engineering, project management and development experience is highly diversified to include major public works projects, high-end residential and resort developments, and an assortment of institutional and commercial projects. The varied perspective Mr. Polk has attained through this diversity of experience enables him to consistently develop creative and cost-effective solutions to difficult and complex engineering problems. Mr. Polk is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Dominic Agresta, Vista Design's Director of Surveys, has more than 15 years of land surveying and project management experience. In addition to surveying, Mr. Agresta's educational background and professional experience encompasses land planning and the design of utilities, stormwater management facilities and highway entrances, as well as preparation of grading and erosion & sediment control plans. Mr. Agresta's extensive land surveying experience includes, but is not limited to: boundary and property line surveys; GPS and control surveys; ALTA/ASCM land title surveys; topographic and location surveys; route & highway surveys; property reconstruction surveys; wetland location surveys; agricultural land preservation & easement surveys; volume calculations, construction stakeout; and preparation of as-built drawings for buildings, utilities and stormwater management facilities. Mr. Agresta is a graduate of Delaware Technical College with a degree in Engineering & Surveying.
